Peter Wunsch, Chairman
Peter Wunsch is chairman of RockSolid 1031 Exchange LLC, and president of WEA Enterprises, an affiliate of RockSolid. During his more than 25 years at WEA, the company has established a successful insurance subsidiary and foreign investment operation, as well as transitioned from a manufacturer of industrial trucks to become a leading industrial real estate firm. WEA currently owns and manages more than 3 million square feet of industrial space in the Northeast and Texas.
Peter is also treasurer and one of the founders of the Kids of NYU Foundation Inc., a charity dedicated to pediatrics at Langone NYU Medical Center that has raised $21 million since inception. Peter is a graduate of Centre College in Kentucky and has a masters degree from the University of Missouri.
Bob Horton, President
Bob Horton is president of RockSolid. Bob is a veteran marketing and financial services industry executive. He is responsible for all day-to-day operations of RockSolid. A former first vice president of Merrill Lynch, and executive vice president of Burson-Marsteller, he has worked with such clients as General Electric, Fidelity Investments, ITT Corporation, Xerox, and Altria. Bob is a certified financial planner, holds several SEC licenses, and is a graduate of Tufts University, Medford, MA.
Stephanie Jones, General Counsel
Stephanie is general counsel of RockSolid and WEA Enterprises. She is a graduate of Yale University, received a law degree from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
